We are seeking a data-driven SEO and Ads Marketing Manager (freelance/contract/agency) to drive organic and paid growth across search and performance channels, owning strategy, execution, budgets, and full-funnel reporting to maximize ROI and conversions.


Role

  1. Drive growth across organic search and paid ads, from strategy to execution, with clear ownership of outcomes and ROI.
  2. Work flexibly with in-house teams to plan, run, and report on integrated marketing efforts.


What You Will Own

  1. SEO: on-page, off-page, and technical SEO; keyword research; content optimization; site health fixes; link building.
  2. Paid ads: plan, launch, and optimize campaigns (Google/social if relevant); align ads with landing pages; hit CPA/ROAS targets.
  3. Budget: manage and forecast ad spend; pace, reallocate, and scale what works.
  4. Analytics: set up tracking (GA4/Tag Manager/Search Console), define conversion goals, build funnel dashboards, and report insights regularly.
  5. Experimentation: A/B test ads and landing pages; iterate based on data.
  6. Collaboration: partner with content, design, and dev to ship changes quickly.


Must-have skills

  1. Strong technical, on-page, and off-page SEO; keyword research and intent mapping.
  2. Hands-on PPC management with measurable improvements in CPA/ROAS.
  3. Confident with analytics, attribution basics, and building clear reports.
  4. Excellent communication; ability to simplify data into actions.


Nice to have

  1. Experience with Performance Max/remarketing/feeds and CRO/landing page tools.
  2. Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Ahrefs/Semrush, GA4, Looker Studio).
