About the Role
We are looking for a positive, proactive and enthusiastic Client Relations Associate - Intern to support the growth of Fleet Studio's expanding product portfolio. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about sales, business development, and client engagement.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a flair for growth, willingness to learn, and the confidence to interact with prospective clients and build professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn about Fleet Studio's products and services and communicate their value to potential customers.
- Identify and connect with prospective clients through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns.
- Qualify inbound leads by understanding customer requirements and directing them to the appropriate solution.
- Support the sales process by assisting with follow-ups, proposals, and client communication.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Build positive relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Participate in networking events and online communities to generate new business opportunities.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with the sales and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (completed or pursuing final year), preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in client relations management, business development, sales, customer support, or any client-facing role (internship experience is also acceptable).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Eagerness to learn, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
